Wow time flies doesn't it? Things here have been good for the most part other then fighting a cold for the last 2 weeks :/. The changing of the seasons always seems to get me first before everyone else lol. Needless to say that I am praying that I will not get sick until next year! Probably around march as the seasons yet again begin to change.

However that may be it has been a good reminder for me in that this place is not my home. I am just passing through on my way to be with Jesus. During the changing of the seasons I often reflect on the nature of my life and whether or not I am following the Lord or just taking up space. It is a great reminder each year that I am in fact getting older and that Jesus is coming soon. Reminding me to take each day and live it fully for the Lord to the best of my ability. In reality though I know that in me no good thing dwells other then the Holy Spirit. It is through my relationship with Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit that I can be of any use to the Lord.

To know God is simply amazing and such a blessing that I can not truly explain with words. I hope for you that as you are getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas that you stop each day and reflect on the Gospel and what that means for you. Then go out and share Christ with people while there is still time. I know from watching the news and seeing the effects of sin on this World that time is short and we need to be about our Father's business. If we can help you in any way please let us know.
